Custom Orders

Please include details in the customer note section when ordering. Price includes 1-2 glitter colors or 1 non-glitter color, 1 decal, and 1 name or phrase. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me or email me at craftculturebytonya@gmail.com.

All items are hand made.

Tumblers are double-wall insulated stainless steel.

Gel Pens and Mechanical Pencils are refillable.

Payment is due in full at time of order

Processing time for custom orders (including personalization if it applies) is 2-6 weeks.

Processing time for Ready to Ship items is 1-3 business days. RTS items are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays IF order is placed before Noon.

All items are hand-made and may have imperfections.

I will make every possible effort to keep glitter from non-glitter items, however, I am 100% positive glitter is in my ventilation, so surprise sparkles are free of charge!

Pen, Phone Grip Care, Clip Board, Mechanical Pencil, Badge Reel, Stapler, and Tape Dispenser Care Instructions:

• Keep Out of Mouth/Do Not Soak. Even though the clear coat is food safe, moisture buildup will affect the integrity of your product.
• Do Not Wash. Again, moisture as well as heat will affect the integrity of your product.
• Be Careful Not To Drop. The clear coat is a hard finish but could crack if dropped.

• Do not soak or let sit in sink.
• NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.
• NOT freezer safe.
• DO NOT leave in hot car or direct sunlight.

This product has cured for a minimum of 3 days and is safe to use. However, it will continue to cure and harden for up to 30 days.
