Processing time for custom orders (including personalization if it applies) is 2-6 weeks.

Processing time for Ready to Ship items is 1-3 business days. RTS items are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays IF order is placed before Noon.

Every effort has been made to ensure your products are perfect. Due to the homemade nature, minor imperfections are sometime unavoidable.

I am 100% sure there is glitter in my ventilation. Surprise sparkles are free of charge.

Please be sure to follow care instructions to ensure a long life for your products.

All resin yellows over time. Proper care will prolong the natural yellowing process. Yellowing is more prevalent on white bases.

This product has cured for a minimum of 3 days and is safe to use. However, it will continue to cure and harden for up to 30 days.

Pen/Pencil Care Instructions

Keep out of mouth.

Do not leave in hot car or direct sunlight.

Save spring when refilling ink in pens.

Do not clean with alcohol or agents containing alcohol.

Suitable gel refills: Pentel or Arteza (Inkjoy does not sell refills).

Suitable ballpoint refills: BIC sells refills.

Gels pens are made from Papermate Inkjoy Gel pens.

Ballpoint pens are made from BIC Clic Stic pens.
